DISCLAIMER:

Students, staff and parents must all follow a respective Code of Conduct. Furthermore, the aforementioned individuals must also follow all other school policies whilst attending TLC, TLC HQ or any other event/offering associated with TLC. By either: submitting an application form, allowing your child to attend a class, attending a class yourself, being within TLC HQ premises or premises in which TLC operates, you hereby agree to the below Terms and Conditions and accept that you will follow the Code of Conduct in place and any other supporting policies for TLC. Team Love Cheer. nor any of its Directors, Staff or Volunteers accept any responsibility for the negligence of any party in following these policies and their principles. SECTION 1 - FEES:

Fees are payable per month (4 classes)

Students must commit to the month & pay in full by the 1st of each month. A transaction fee is applied

Late fees will incure £12.00 administration fee

SECTION 2 - PAYING FEES:

Payments can be made via our online bookwhen site.

If you fail to pay your first month fee by the 4th of each month your child will be removed from the class list without notice & the space will be free for another student.

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS:

TLC cannot & will not refund for holidays, sickness, weather inclement, any acts of god including COVID or other commitments

TLC cannot & will not refund to those who leave mid month or any date of the month in question

SECTION 4 - PHOTOGRAPHY/MARKETING

We must have your full and explicit consent to take photographs or record videography for the purpose of TLC social media, training and marketing.
