PARTIES & EVENTS

FEES :

Hall Hire - £75.00 p/h

for both Studio 1 and Studio 2 + Kitchen/Sofa Area + Toilets.

Space is available for rentals in one-hour increments, with a two-hour minimum.

HOW THE PARTIES ARE RUN :

DIY “Do It Yourself”

You do it all! You set up your decorations, supervise the party and clean up when you are done. We provide the space, tumble/dance equipment and tables!

Two Tables will be set up in the kitchen for your food. Netflix & Wifi is also available.

BEFORE THE PARTY - A member of staff from TLC will meet you at the venue 10 mins prior to your booking time

PARTY POLICIES :

Your time includes set up & clean up

No food/drinks to be in the main studio (Studio 1)

The adult (and/or person booking) must accept full responsibility for all children attending the party and for injury or damage caused during the party. The adult (and/or person booking) must ensure that there is adequate supervision at ALL TIMES whilst the tumble track and equipment is in use.

Any damage that occurs during your party to any piece of hired equipment will be subject to a damage fee payable by the adult (and/or the person booking).

Please ensure that all guests attending act in an appropriate manner and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should any persons be smoking outside the building or consuming alcohol.

Reservations must be made a minimum of 7 days in advance and are made on a first come, first serve basis. Parties are subject to availability.
