Dress Code

At TLC, we have a strict uniform policy to ensure the safety, professionalism, and progress of every athlete.

All athletes must wear either the official TLC kit or all-black activewear. For Pom, Jazz, or Lyrical classes, only fitted leggings or shorts are permitted - Baggy clothing is not permitted. This is important as proper dancewear allows coaches to clearly see body alignment, posture, and technique, which is essential for giving accurate corrections and preventing injury.

Correct footwear must be worn for each discipline, and hair should be styled appropriately for the class to avoid distractions and maintain a clean, performance-ready look.

COMPETITION UNIFORM

All athletes are required to purchase and wear a competition uniform & accessories. Competition uniforms are not the same as the training gear pack. Your competition uniform is chosen by head coach at the beginning of the season. All competition uniforms are ordered via www.queenbdancewear.com

CHEER SHOES

It is recommended that all cheerleaders have cheer specific shoes. TLC recommends Infinity Evolutions, Flytes & Titans which are available from most online cheer retailers. www.iddancewear.co.uk
